Holli Ladhani

Designated Board Member for the planned North American company

Holli Ladhani most recently served as President, CEO and a member of the board of directors of Select Energy Services, Inc., a publicly traded provider of water management and chemical solutions to the energy industry.

Background

She previously worked at Rockwater Energy Solutions, Inc. in roles of increasing responsibility, including serving as Chairman and CEO.  In addition, she held several executive and financial roles at Dynegy, Inc. and PricewaterhouseCoopers.

She currently serves on the board of directors of Quanta Services, Inc., and is a member of the Investment Committee and Audit Committee.

Ladhani is an experienced CEO and CFO of companies in the energy, chemicals and infrastructure sectors, where she was responsible for leading significant transactions and effectively allocating capital in capital-intensive industries. She also brings significant experience on the boards of publicly-listed companies, including serving as chair of various committees. 

Ladhani began her career as a certified public accountant. She received a bachelor of business administration degree in accounting from Baylor University and an executive MBA from Rice University.
