Whistleblowing and Reporting Channels

Holcim strives to adhere to the highest business and ethical standards to meet and exceed employee and stakeholder expectations. To support transparency over its conduct and business integrity, Holcim is committed to a culture of speaking up.

Any concern over known or suspected misconduct, which means any conduct relating to Holcim’s business that is potentially illegal, violates the Code of Business Conduct or other applicable policies and directives, should be reported.

Concerns should be reported to Holcim at any time via the Integrity Line. Holcim employees can also report to their managers, members of the Human Resources or Legal and Compliance departments.

EU-countries' specific reporting channels can be accessed here.

Integrity Line

The Integrity Line is a tool established to provide a safe, anonymous and confidential environment in which anyone (internal employees or external parties) can raise concerns regarding Holcim's business practices. It is provided by an independent external service provider, available 24 hours a day and 7 days a week.

Reports made via the Integrity Line are handled by Group SpeakUp & Investigations within Group Legal & Compliance.

The Integrity Line is not intended for emergency use. If you are in need of emergency assistance, the local authorities or emergency services must be contacted.
