Holcim strives to adhere to the highest business and ethical standards to meet and exceed employee and stakeholder expectations. To support transparency over its conduct and business integrity, Holcim is committed to a culture of speaking up.
Any concern over known or suspected misconduct, which means any conduct relating to Holcim’s business that is potentially illegal, violates the Code of Business Conduct or other applicable policies and directives, should be reported.
Concerns should be reported to Holcim at any time via the Integrity Line. Holcim employees can also report to their managers, members of the Human Resources or Legal and Compliance departments.

Integrity Line
The Integrity Line is a tool established to provide a safe, anonymous and confidential environment in which anyone (internal employees or external parties) can raise concerns regarding Holcim's business practices. It is provided by an independent external service provider, available 24 hours a day and 7 days a week.
Reports made via the Integrity Line are handled by Group SpeakUp & Investigations within Group Legal & Compliance.
The Integrity Line is not intended for emergency use. If you are in need of emergency assistance, the local authorities or emergency services must be contacted.

Zero tolerance for misconduct
Holcim takes any concern of known or suspected misconduct seriously and thoroughly investigates them.
Substantiated misconduct will be subject to remediation, which can include disciplinary measures and/or process improvements.
Confidentiality and anonymity
Holcim’s reporting system allows anonymous reports. Holcim will make every effort to keep your identity and your reports confidential.
Protection from retaliation
Holcim ensures that any person who reports a concern in good faith or cooperates in an investigation is protected against retaliation.
Holcim does not tolerate any kind of threats or acts of retaliation.
Data protection and retention of records
Holcim adheres to applicable data protection laws and regulations (Data Privacy Notice).
Records of reports and related investigations will be stored in accordance with applicable laws and Holcim’s data retention and deletion policy.
