Executive committee

Members of Holcim Executive Committee are formally appointed by the Board of Directors. 

The members of the Executive Committee, under the leadership and direction of the CEO, are responsible for the management of the Group as a dedicated, cohesive and results driven body. They take key decisions together, requiring majority votes to pass resolutions.
