COVID-19 update
As a result of the exceptional circumstances due to the COVID-19 (Coronavirus) pandemic, the 2020 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders of LafargeHolcim Ltd could not take place in the usual format. The Annual General Meeting was therefore been held in accordance with the requirements of the Ordinance of the Swiss Federal Council regarding measures on combating the Coronavirus. These measures meant that the personal attendance of shareholders at the Annual General Meeting on site was not possible. The Board of Directors resolved that shareholders shall be represented at the Annual General Meeting exclusively by the independent proxy.
